Recredentialing success: Dolores Keating

Congratulations to Dolores Keating who successfully recredentialed with the College recently.

Dolores is Head of Pharmacy at St John of God Hospital in Dublin.

The assessor for recredentialing complimented Dolores on an excellent portfolio including lots of quality improvement work; and congratulated her on obtaining her doctorate, publications and Mental Health First Aid training.

We invited Dolores to comment on what being credentialed means to her. She said:

“Credentialing has provided me with the confidence of knowing my work has been objectively reviewed in accordance with the gold standard. It has helped me to strive for excellence in developing services within my organisation and in line with the mission of my organisation. The CMHP provides an opportunity to network with a community of like-minded pharmacists, leaders in their chosen speciality, who see service users at the centre of everything we do.”

Our credentialed members are required to go through recredentialing every five years. Credentialed members are full members of the College and can carry the post-nominals MCMHP.

For more information about credentialing with the College please see the Credentialing web pages.
