CMHP members are involved in a range of initiatives to support carers.
With Carers Week running from 8-14 June, our Patient and Public Involvement Lead Trudi Hilton, has been asking for feedback from members on activities to support carers that they are involved with, or have pharmacy input from their organisations.
Trudi says: "It is clear from a consultation of CMHP e-group members that there are a range of actions and activities going on to be proud of; let’s keep up the good work and do more!"
