
Look out for the CMHP team at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress (CPC) in London this May!
The CMHP is an education partner of CPC. We have speakers lined up for the programme and you can meet members of CMHP Council at Stand B2.
Highlights of the CPC programme include the CMHP sessions:
- Specialist mental health pharmacist working in a Primary Care Network by Sally Butterworth at 09 May, 16:45 - 17:15, in the Integrated Care & Primary Care Theatre.
Sally Butterworth is Lead Pharmacist at Avon Valley PCN. In this session, she will outline the different opportunities she has been involved with as a pharmacist with a specialist interest in mental health working in a PCN Pharmacy team, and look at ideas for future involvement. - Bumps, babies & bonding: the pharmacist’s role in perinatal mental health by James Lee at 10 May, 15:15 - 16:00, in the Clinical Theatre.
James Lee is Lead Perinatal Mental Health Pharmacist - Devon Partnership NHS Trust. In this session, he will explore the prevalence and impact of perinatal mental ill-health, equipping pharmacists with the knowledge to navigate the complexities of psychotropic use in this unique period.
