Our events calendar highlights both CMHP-organised events, and those events where we are working with conference organisers to provide specialist input.
The latest addition to the calendar is HPE Live which takes place on 13 October in Birmingham.
HPE LIVE will bring together case studies and panels on a wide range of topics, including: new ways of working; the patient interface; medicines optimisation; new clinical treatments; and technological advances. The event will evaluate the integrated care landscape and how hospital pharmacists can work with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transfer of care, reduce re-admissions and address medicines reconciliation. And all delegates will be eligible to receive a CPD certificate within 14 days of attending, along with access to all conference presentations (subject to speaker approval).
